Švandovo Theatre in Smíchov

Stage of the capital city of Prague with two performance spaces: the big hall and the studio. The repertoire consists of productions of the permanent drama ensemble, but it is also possible to see permanent guest theatre companies (Cakes and Puppets, Ductus Deferens, Just! Impro, ProFitArt, Next Picture and others). The theatre’s major activities also include programmes for children and young people. Equally important is the effort to intensify international cooperation and to create projects with foreign partner theatres and their personalities.
