He represents a creator of European calibre, in the Czech dance context he personifies an exceptional choreographer who collaborates with major world ballet companies. In his works he uses a wide range of creative handwriting, from the high bel canto of the neoclassical style through an innovative approach to modern creation. He is one of the few creators who can insert humour, wit and exaggeration into his works.
