Family happiness, domestic harmony, and financial security are shattered when the head of the household dies unexpectedly. The widow and her three daughters must quickly adapt to their new reality. But how, when they’ve never managed a budget and now face pressure from a lawyer, a notary, and creditors?
What does it mean when everything changes overnight, and there’s no time to grieve because the wheels of the economy keep turning?
We follow the fates of four women who cannot adjust – because they don’t even have time to catch their breath or get their bearings.
It’s hard to say who is the victim and who is to blame.
We are all voyeurs of other people’s lives: we see a comedy, but it might actually be a bitter tragedy.
