The web i-divadlo.cz published the results of an editorial poll, which, like the audience poll of the same portal, looked back at the 2022/2023 season.

In the “Best Production” category, the drama production Fifty by Dejvické Theatre, the alternative production Life Must Go On by Pomezí Theatre, and the musical Nine Crosses by the Brno Municipal Theatre took first place.

In the category “Best Female Performance”, the first place goes to Anežka Kubátová for the role of Daňa Horáková in the drama production About Pavel by the Theatre on the Balustrade, Veronika Lazorčáková in the alternative production Dance of the Dervishes by the Na Cucky Theatre in Olomouc, and Kristýna Daňhelová in the role of Eliška in the musical Nine Crosses of the Brno Municipal Theatre.

In the “Best Male Performance” category, the first place for the drama goes to Jáchym Kučera in the role of Josef K. in The Trial of Petr Bezruč Theatre in Ostrava, Martin Talaga for the alternative production of Headless Mule by Studio Alta in Prague, and to Milan Němec for the musical role of Principal Trunchbull in the production Matilda of the Municipal Theatre Brno.

The web i-divadlo.cz was founded in 2003, last year it celebrated 20 years of its existence, and is designed as a guide to drama, alternative and musical theatre in the Czech Republic, as its information roof with useful overviews, there is also a relatively extensive database of reviews or evaluation platform. It is an informative and journalistic cultural e-magazine of an independent and non-commercial character. It informs its readers about the program of individual scenes, premieres, reports and interviews. It inspires readers who can become potential theatregoers. The idea behind the project is that “living” forms of art are important, but without a good information base, information often does not reach people.
